And believe me, I’ve seen it…it IS beautiful! Producing original, heirloom-quality jewelry for over 70 years, their artisans are inspired by a vision “to create a sense of wonder while expressing something significant.” Each piece is created with age-old techniques, cutting edge technology, using the finest metals and stones – the end result being a three-dimensional wearable work of art.

In 2012 Peter Tonjes, originally hired by the well-known contemporary jewelry designer, Ed Levin, to manage production, began the process of transforming the company into a fashion forward jewelry brand, E.L. Designs. Peter grew the company over a period of thirty years -- homing in on a design vision and striving for perfection for every piece of Ed Levin Jewelry.
